Face Data Policy

Purpose and process of collecting face data

We analyze your photos to find the feature points of the faces in the photos (eg eyes, nose, mouth points) for face processing. We do not collect facial data. After the analysis process, all data will be deleted and no data will be saved.

In order to give you the "face swap" effect, we need to find feature points (e.g. eyes, nose, mouth points). The complete process is:

1. You submit the selected photo to our server in an encrypted way;
2. The server analyzes the face data in your photo and applies it to the template you choose;
3. After the composition is completed, the server returns the final rendering effect to you through the application;
4. The final composite effect will be temporarily stored in encrypted storage, and will be permanently deleted after 30 days.

After the compositing process is complete, we will delete the face image you submitted to the server immediately.

Face data sharing and storage

We will not share your face data with any third party, nor will we store any face information you submit, and the photos you upload will be deleted after the analysis process is complete.

Data retention

We do not retain face data. All face data is processed in real-time and immediately discarded once the processing is complete.

The Base Holding Company ("us", "we", or "our") operates the Channel Discord bot, website, and app on IOS and Android (collectively, the "Service").

This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information when you use our Service.

Information Collection And Use

Phone Contacts

If you choose to share your phone contact list, we will access, upload to our servers, and process information such as phone numbers, names, and email addresses of your contacts and match that information with other users of the Service.

Log Data

We collect information that your browser sends whenever you visit our Service ("Log Data"). This Log Data may include information such as your computer's Internet Protocol ("IP") address, browser type, browser version, the pages of our Service that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages, and other statistics.

In addition, we may use third party services such as Amplitude, Google Analytic, One Signal, and Singular that collect, monitor, and analyze this type of information in order to increase our Service's functionality. These third party service providers have their own privacy policies addressing how they use such information. When you access the Service by or through a mobile device or PC, we may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device you use, your mobile devices unique device ID, the IP address of your mobile device, your mobile operating system, the type of mobile Internet browser you use and other statistics.

When you access the Service through the Discord bot, we may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, the Discord account you use to interact with the Service and other information provided by Discord. Data provided by Discord is automatically deleted after 90 days.

Service Providers

We may employ third party companies and individuals to facilitate our Service, to provide the Service on our behalf, to perform Service-related services or to assist us in analyzing how our Service is used. In the event where these third parties have access to your Personal Information it is only to perform these tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.

Third-Party AI Services

Certain features of the Service, such as AI-powered chatbots, are provided through third-party artificial intelligence ("AI") service providers. When you interact with an AI-powered feature, certain personal data may be transmitted to the third-party provider powering that feature in order to generate a response.

Third-Party AI Providers

The Service currently integrates with the following third-party AI providers:

• Google Gemini, operated by Google LLC (API terms of service)
• Claude, operated by Anthropic, PBC (commercial terms of service)
• Grok, operated by xAI Corp. (enterprise terms of service)

We may add, remove, or change third-party AI providers from time to time.

Data Shared with Third-Party AI Providers

When you interact with an AI-powered feature, the following data may be sent to the applicable third-party provider:

• Message content. The text of messages you send when chatting with an AI-powered bot.
• Display name. The nickname you provide during onboarding or in your profile settings.
• Age. If you have provided your age (but not your date of birth), it may be included for the purpose of age-appropriate content filtering.

No data is transmitted to a third-party AI provider unless you actively initiate an interaction with an AI-powered feature.

Data Protection

We require each third-party AI provider to comply with applicable data protection laws and any data processing agreements we enter into with them. Under these agreements, providers are expected not to use data submitted through the Service for purposes beyond delivering the requested service unless otherwise contractually permitted.

Business Transaction

If The Base Holding Company is involved in a merger, acquisition or asset sale, your Personal Information may be transferred. We will provide notice before your Personal Information is transferred and becomes subject to a different Privacy Policy.

Security

The security of your Personal Information is important to us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Information, such as using hashed passwords and encrypting all communication sent over the internet, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

International Transfer

Your information, including Personal Information, may be transferred to and maintained on computers located outside of your state, province, country or other governmental jurisdiction where the data protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction.

If you are located outside the United States and choose to provide information to us, please note that we transfer the information, including Personal Information, to the United States and process it there.

Your consent to this Privacy Policy followed by your submission of such information represents your agreement to that transfer.

Our Service may contain links to other sites that are not operated by us. If you click on a third party link, you will be directed to that third party's site. We strongly advise you to review the Privacy Policy of every site you visit.

We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies or practices of any third party sites or services.

Children's Privacy

Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13 ("Children"). We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your Child has provided us with Personal Information, please contact us. If we discover that a Child under 13 has provided us with Personal Information, we will delete such information from our servers immediately.
